God has brought our paths together, giving us strength and effectiveness in addressing the church's needs from a unique perspective.

Together, we have participated in children’s, youth, and music ministries, as well as serving as Senior Pastors.

We LOVE the local small church..

The local church is our calling. Our passion for helping the 'small' church has deepened significantly since we pastored at Hilmar Family Church, a small congregation in a rural farming community. Our time there has shown us how much support is often needed in various areas. We understand the challenges of not having the coffee ready because the coffee person didn’t show up, the gates not opening on time, the sound system failing during a service, or kids' ministry activities being canceled at the last minute.

How can we help you?

These past few years have been incredibly challenging for everyone, and small church pastors have faced unique struggles. We recognize that the call hasn’t shifted, the vision remains strong and the desire to see lives transformed continues. Yet, everything else has changed. We want to help. We understand the need for support and aim to come alongside you to connect you with resources and support your vision for your church. Our goal is to alleviate as much stress as possible for you and your team in various areas of ministry.

A pivotal moment.

You, the small church pastor, matter.

In 2018, during my second year as lead pastor at Hilmar Family Church, I received a call from a pastor friend about an opportunity to travel to Israel and see the Holy Land. An organization was willing to cover 75% of the costs to invest in pastors' spiritual lives. I was thrilled and began the application process. I contacted the organization, submitted my application, and received a phone call for a confirmation interview. The conversation was going well until we reached a crucial question: “How big is your congregation?” I answered that I had 40 members at the time. His tone shifted immediately, and he apologized, explaining that I was ineligible for the trip since they only served pastors with congregations of 75 or more. He stated that they focus on pastors who have a large impact. Then, he hung up.

I was left sitting in stunned silence, unsure how to respond. This experience significantly altered my trajectory in ministry. Ever since, my heart has been to support small church pastors, ensuring they never feel their impact doesn’t matter. Our mission is to serve you and come alongside you as the pastor of your local congregation because we understand how much it matters.
